6. Incorrect Address
If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us within 24 hours at service@niospet.net.
We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been shipped.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or shows no movement for more than 15 business days, please contact us and we will assist with investigating your shipment.
