If there is an issue with your order, please review the following return and refund terms.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

2. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition

  • The item must include all original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or email) is required

Certain items such as clearance items or customized products may not be eligible.

3. How to Request a Return

Please contact us at service@niospet.net with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

Our support team will reply within 24 hours.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective or damaged → We cover the return cost

  • If you changed your mind or ordered incorrectly → Buyer pays return shipping

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected.

Processing usually takes 5–7 business days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, please contact your bank or card provider.
